However, we have realized that in our pursuit of quiet operation, the fan speed was reduced more than intended, which may have affected the unit's ability to circulate air as efficiently as you deserve.

To address this, we are taking the following steps:

• Our Correction: We are developing a replacement control panel that adjusts the fan speed to enhance airflow without significantly increasing noise. • Timeline: We anticipate that the replacement control panels will be available by late June. We will provide these to our customers at no additional cost.
